Lone Pine, the star of many great Western films, awaits you and yours for this year’s ALC Reunion.  Lone Pine is designated as a frontier town. The town sits below the spectacular Alabama Hills and Mt. Whitney the highest peak in the contiguous United States, yet desert lands surround the area. Googling Lone Pine, CA will acquaint you with many of the attractions nearby.

Our weekend starts Friday, June 4th with our usual meet and greet starting around 4ish.We will have wine and cheese leading up to pizzas as the party continues. Saturday will see us on an interesting road with some unique sights in store. Lunch will be provided. Following lunch a tour of Manzanar, a Japanese internment camp will be on the agenda. Our dinner Saturday evening promises to be a wonderfully unique experience.  Sunday morning we will have a small tour of the Alabama Hills which will lead us back for a concourse, brunch and awards in town. For those of you staying over on Sunday, the afternoon will allow free time to take in some of the many attractions you won’t want to miss.  That evening we will be on our own for dinner. Monday morning those of us going on the tour will depart, and we will say our arrivedercis to those returning home.  If you are planning on extending your stay in this outstanding part of the world, let us know and we can provide you with more information.

  1. This reunion is a must for anyone who has never been in this fabulous area of California. There is so much to see and to do and I’m certain that our hosts will treat us to the most enjoyable of sites and scenes during the rally and tour! Can’t wait!
